Description: This versatile seamless jacket in a zigzag lace stitch has seed stitch borders and an easily adjustable neckline. Front and back are knitted in one piece from hem up to sleeves. Stitches are cast on for sleeves then joined at shoulder with 3-needle bind-off. Pattern provides 8 sizes: 36", 40", 44", 48", 52", 56", 60", 64" (finished garment bust measurement). Experienced lace knitters will enjoy the rhythm of the eight-row repeat.
Suggested Yarns: Use yarn that knits at 5 to 5.5 stitches per inch, measured over stockinette stitch. Bamboo(NIRVANA), cotton(SHINE), silk, and blends of these fibers(CAYENNE) work well. Wool (ISLAND OR ZARRONE)or mohair will require blocking.
